ABOUT ME
Professionally, my journey began at AKA Agency in London, where I learned 360 marketing for West End theater productions and the critical importance of selling every ticket to ensure the show went on. This experience sparked my passion for driving results through effective marketing as the 'go-to' for clients and creatives.
Now, I have over 15 years of experience in account management at top NYC agencies like Dentsu Creative and MBooth and have launched major, national campaigns for companies like Verizon Wireless, Starbucks, and NIVEA. This background in handling major clients has prepared me to innovate, experiment, and build from the ground up in smaller environments.
I then worked at Red Antler as a Client Lead before they launched Casper and Allbirds. I led over 50 emerging brands, focusing on strategy, design, and user experience, and contributed to Red Antler's significant transformation of the design and launch landscape for startups.
At Milk Agency (part of Milk Studios), I ramped up my creativity and 'can-do' attitude, concentrating on 360 marketing for brands with a focus on luxury, hospitality, and the arts. This included Lexus’ global experimental and immersive project, Intersect by Lexus - NYC, a unique luxurious space blending art, culture and design.
With a strong foundation in both corporate and start up settings, I founded Third House Life, my global consulting business. As a consultant, I have served as Huddle’s first 'Head of Experience and Partnerships', managed innovation initiatives for corporations like Spotify and Barilla, and worked directly with founders launching new brands.
My expertise spans luxury goods, travel, tech, wellness, entertainment, and beauty, with a focus on creating memorable user experiences through exceptional hospitality, community, and design.
Personally, I’m known for my wanderlust. I've traveled the world, living in places like Australia, Guatemala, Paris, and Lisbon. Travel has enriched my perspective, enhanced my crisis management skills, and expanded my global network, teaching me optimism and a belief in the goodness of people.
In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, yoga, fashion, reading non-fiction, discovering AI, learning Portuguese and Spanish, walking my rescue dog Rosa Lou, and exploring immersive theater and live music.

Emily brought energy and charisma to every meeting at Huddle; she was a delight to work with everyday.
She sees how marketing ties with all areas of the business, connecting dots across brand, product, finance, CX, and more. Which, for a venture-backed startup, was critical. A great launch partner from idea to execution.
